Our agency was started shortly after Paul’s rental home burned to the ground.  The local fire department called and let Paul know that the tenant accidentially burned the home.  Paul was working for Siemens and took a leave of absence.  Paul’s insurance agent never called or positioned the claim for assistance.  So, Paul’s desire to see better customer service chose to start his own agency and “do better”.  We will soon be in our 5th year of business and enjoying MOST of the process of taking care of our customers.
